					<description>I had recently changed to Stevia. I had quit using table sugar about 5 years ago when I switched to artificial sugar to cut down calories and avoid crazy jumps in my blood sugar level. My mother and my husband are diabetic so eliminating sugar was a good thing to do. I didn't realize artificial sugar was a bad thing until I read studies that state artificial sugars are not a natural thing and our body does not recognize them. Stevia is all natural.It comes from sweat leaves and has no side effects. The artifical sugar was causing dryness of my skin and itchy eyes.Thanks.</description>

I make my snacks and lunch the night before. That way, when I am hungry, I just know exactly what to eat.

I don't have to think "what do I have a 'taste for'".

During that time, most people find that they choose their craving rather than what will really nourish their body.

					<description>I have been using Stevia for a number of years. I bought it initially as a sweetner from the Sunrider company but I soon realized that I was experiencing fewer stomach pains. (I have acid reflux).  i then tries rinsing my mouth with it together with a drop or Myrhh of clove oil ang found it to be a very beneficial mouth wash. Whenever I get a burn at work, which happens from time to time I put  Stevia on it and quire frankly people cant believe how quickly the burn mark disappears.

As time wen on I started to add stevia to cranberry juice, sometimes with other juices such as pomegranate, blueberry, black current of whatever I have around. I found that all the niggly problems I had seemed to fade away. This together with a portion of tomato soup a couple of times a week seems to keep me on track and in good shape. Carrot juice is another favorite of mine and I usually by some freshly liquified when I go to my local mall.

Lately I have also taken to drinking V8 which is another way of getting those much needed anti oxidants. Don't forget that herbs are also great sources of anti oxidants. Rosmary, Basil, Cumin, sage and corriander seem to work well for me.</description>
